 Review

I was given a copy of this ebook in exchange for an honest review.

Who doesn't love a hunk coming to your rescue?
Derek Waterman is a mouth-watering agent of an elite unit charged with exposing the plot behind a Chicago terrorist attack that left many dead and millions terrified. When his team catches a break and manage to collect some evidence, the items are taken to Dr. Molly Humphries, a leading forensic scientist. Molly and Derek have a brief history which left them both wanting more, but each have their reasong which make them unable to take that step.
Before the information can be deciphered, Molly is kidnapped and taken out of the country.
I found this book intriguing from the start. The characters were well written, though I would've loved some background on Molly. Tension is maintained as the plot thickens and unfolds, keeping you turning the pages. Subplots were carefully thought out and progressed naturally. These characters will steal your heart and leave you wanting more. This is  an author to follow.
Four and a half stars.

Janie Crouch loves to read – almost exclusively romance – and has been doing so since middle school. She cut her teeth on Harlequin (Mills & Boon) Romances when she lived in Wales, UK as a preteen, then moved on to a passion for romantic suspense as an adult. Her favorite authors include: Linda Howard, Nora Roberts, and Elizabeth Lowell.

Janie recently relocated with her husband and four children to Germany (due to her husband's job as support for the U.S. Military), after living in Virginia for nearly 20 years.  When she’s not listening to the voices in her head (and even when she is), she enjoys traveling, long-distance running, movie-watching, knitting and adventure (obstacle) racing. Most of all, she loves to laugh and smile and count her blessings. And her blessings are many.
